These Terms govern your access to the Orbivanta website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Orbivanta for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Using Orbivanta
You may use the services only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and any order form or service agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials, authorized users, campaign materials, and all activity conducted through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, infringe third-party rights, submit unlawful data, or use outputs to discriminate unlawfully or cause harm. You must secure all permissions needed for data and content you provide.
Ownership
Orbivanta and its licensors own the platform, software, visual identity, documentation, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, and display that content to provide the services.
Third-party services
Integrations and third-party platforms may be governed by separate terms. Orbivanta is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their interfaces and policies.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Insights and recommendations support professional judgment and do not guarantee campaign outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbivanta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material breach. Either party may terminate according to an applicable service agreement. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.
