By accessing or using Orbivanta services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Use of Services

You agree to use Orbivanta services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer our software, or use our AI tools to generate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and technology provided by Orbivanta remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services as permitted under your subscription or agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbivanta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
